1. Digital Product Policy
All courses, modules, and downloadable materials are digital and delivered instantly after purchase. As such, refunds or returns are not available once access has been granted. This aligns with common practices for non-tangible digital content.
2. Exceptions — Refund Eligibility
In rare cases, a refund may be granted. These include:
- A duplicate purchase of the same course or module.
- A technical issue caused by our system that prevents course access and cannot be resolved within 72 hours.
- A situation where the user has not accessed or downloaded any content and requests a refund within 3 days of purchase.
